Does Zuri Jewelry do special requests?

Have you ever seen that perfect necklace, only it’s not available in your favorite gem? Have you wished that special ring came in a different metal combination? Or with your birth stone? Then this page is for you!

Let’s say that you love emeralds combined with diamonds, but you look much better in gold than in silver. This set would be perfect for you if it only had gold in it instead… Well, Zuri can do that for you!

All you need to do is:

1. FIRST make sure that what you want doesn’t already exist. Ask one of our lovely CSRs!
2. Create a Notecard and name it “MOD REQUEST – [Your.Username]”
3. Inside the Notecard, copy/paste the EXACT name of the jewelry that you want, and what you would like changed in it. For example, “Hi, I’m wondering if you could make the Ariel Set – Emerald/Diamond/Sterling, but with gold instead of silver”, or something in that direction. What is important is that the name of the piece is copied straight from the vendor, so it will be easier for Zuri to find it.
4. Send that Notecard to Zuri Rayna, or slip it in her snail mail at the main store.

And voilà!
Please, keep in mind that it could take a few days for it to be ready. Zuri is usually very busy creating beautiful jewelry for you, so a little patience will be much appreciated 🙂
